Peter (and his assistant Doranne W) were knowledgeable, helpful, and above all responsive. My husband and I just purchased a home in Dunedin with Peter as our Realtor. I come from a long background in real estate being licensed in 3 different states and as a 3rd generation Realtor. This was an out of state purchase, making it potentially more complicated. We were only in Florida for a few days to find a home & make an offer. Pete checked in with me regularly before our trip down & secured several homes for us to view. He made sure to be here for the inspections since we weren't able to be, and arranged for the needed repairs. Under the circumstances everything went very smoothly until hurricane Ian hit the week we were supposed to close!
